When Hugo Salmson painted "The Little Gleaner" (Den lilla axplockerskan) I bet he never imagined a world where his creation would be floating around on computers and pasted into scrapbooks. I wonder what he thinks of that? I love the painting. I love the details of the girl's face and even the tuft of dry, yellow grass she's sitting in.
