I just can't seem to get any of the designs when I have to go through google. So disappointing
When you are in Google Docs/Drive are you choosing file and download? I have thousands and thousands of viewers a day and I'm not getting this complaint from anyone else. Are you using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome as a browser?
